Om Grihastha Mantra

Deity: · Source: Mandukya Upanishad 1 · Beginner
ॐ
Transliteration

oṁ

Om is the single syllable that holds beginning, middle, and end. For the householder, it is a one-breath return to the ground under the noise of the day.

ॐ

When the day is full of small tasks and small voices, one slow Om returns the mind to its own floor. Say it before the next feeding, the next call, the next load. It is not escape. It is the ground under the act.
