Classical dinacharya names shatapavali — about a hundred steps after meals — as prevention against post-meal heaviness and kapha accumulation that otherwise colors the afternoon.

How to Practice
- Stand up within 5 minutes of finishing the meal; do not lie down.
- Walk at a slow, easy pace for approximately 100 steps, or 5 to 10 minutes.
- Keep the breath natural; keep the attention soft on the feet.
- Do not check messages during this walk.
- Return to work or rest only after the walk is complete.
