Soak the feet in warm water (with a pinch of salt or sesame oil) for 5–7 minutes as the day ends.
Ayurveda treats dusk as a vata window; warmth applied to the feet draws prana downward, counteracting the upward scatter that keeps the mind running.

How to Practice
- Fill a basin with comfortably warm water; optionally add a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of sesame oil.
- Sit with spine relaxed and immerse both feet to the ankles.
- Keep the eyes soft; do not read, scroll, or talk.
- Remain for 5 to 7 minutes, feeling warmth travel upward.
- Dry the feet and rub briefly with oil before wearing socks.
