How to Practice
- Sit comfortably with spine straight. Close your eyes.
- Take 3 natural breaths to settle.
- Begin the breathing pattern as described, maintaining a steady rhythm.
- Continue for 2-5 minutes or as comfortable.
- Return to natural breathing. Sit quietly for a moment before opening your eyes.
