About This Practice
A short pause at sunset. You set down the day before the evening begins. Three minutes of stillness between work and rest so the night starts clean.
Ayurveda calls the hour around sunset pradosha — a hinge between the day's heat and the night's settling. When you cross this hinge while still holding the day, sleep comes late and shallow. A short pause here lets the body know the work is done.
