- Sit in a comfortable posture. If using mala, hold it in your right hand.
- Take 3 deep breaths to center yourself.
- Begin chanting or repeating the mantra aloud or silently.
- Maintain a steady, unhurried rhythm. Let the vibration settle inward.
- Complete your rounds or set duration. Sit in silence for a moment after.
