Release resentment toward yourself or others through a gentle forgiveness process.
Kshama is considered one of the highest virtues in yoga and the Gita. Holding resentment blocks anahata chakra; forgiveness instantly lightens the heart and restores shanti.

How to Practice
- Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths.
- Bring to mind a person (or yourself) you feel hurt by or resentful toward.
- Silently repeat three times: ‘I forgive you. I release you. I set myself free.’
- If emotion arises, allow it without judgment.
- Place hand on heart and breathe in self-compassion.
- End with: ‘I am peace. I am love.’
