- Sit with a cup of warm water. Open the week's meal pattern in your head.
- Notice what the current season is asking for — cooler, warmer, lighter, heavier.
- Pick one food to add this week that fits the season.
- Pick one food to reduce that no longer fits.
- Leave the rest alone. Revisit next season.
