About This Practice
Sit in complete silence, watching the breath or the space between thoughts.
Dhyana is the seventh limb of Ashtanga Yoga. When the mind settles into unbroken awareness, deep peace arises naturally and mental fluctuations (vritti) dissolve.

How to Practice
- Find a quiet place and sit comfortably with a straight spine.
- Close your eyes softly or keep a soft downward gaze.
- Let the breath flow naturally — do not control it.
- Gently watch thoughts without following or judging them.
- If the mind wanders, kindly return to the breath or silence.
- Rest in this stillness for the chosen duration.
