Three Anchors

Pick three small daily anchors and keep only those. Wake time, one study block, one closing act. The rest of the day builds around them.

Ayurveda's dinacharya says a day has a shape, and the shape protects the one who lives by it. For a student in a long term, three anchors are enough. More than three becomes a schedule to defend. Three becomes a rhythm that carries.

ॐ
  1. Pick a wake time you can keep most days, even on low days.
  2. Pick one study block — same hour, same length, most days.
  3. Pick one closing act — a short walk, a page of notes, lights out.
  4. Write the three anchors down. Keep the list visible.
  5. Let the rest of the day move around these three. Do not add a fourth yet.
✦
  • Less daily decision cost
  • Rhythm does the carrying
  • Overwhelm drops without extra effort
