A short Sunday pause. You look at the week that ended and the week ahead. Not a plan. A small setting of the rhythm so Monday does not start in pieces.

The week, like the day, needs a hinge. Without a reset, each week picks up the unfinished weight of the last. Ten minutes — what's done, what's carrying over, what one rhythm you want to hold — keeps the weight from piling up.

ॐ
  1. Sit with a warm drink and a notebook. No phone.
  2. Name one thing the past week did well. Write it down.
  3. Name one thing that got dropped. Write it down without judgement.
  4. Pick one rhythm — a meal time, a sleep time, a walk — to keep this week.
  5. Close the notebook. Start Sunday evening softer than you started Monday.
✦
  • Cleaner start to the week
  • Less unfinished residue
  • One held rhythm each week
