"Choose Right Measure Today"

Daily Sankalp · Mitra v3.0 Stub · Beginner
The Sankalp

I measure my choices against what is right, not just what is easy.

Why This Matters

Rita is the cosmic principle of right order — the underlying harmony that holds the world together. Viveka is the inner discernment that allows us to perceive what aligns with that order in a given moment. Together they invite a simple daily question: is this the right measure for this situation, or am I just reaching for what is convenient?

✦
How to Live This Today
  1. In every action, ask: is this the right amount — not too much, not too little?
  2. Right measure is a daily calibration, not a permanent formula.
  3. Excess and deficiency are both errors; the middle path requires ongoing attention.
Benefits
  • Balance
