"Today, I cool down before I re-enter."

Daily Sankalp · Dinacharya · Beginner
The Sankalp

After a sharp moment, I pause until the chest is softer before I speak or send the next message.

When the body is still lit from a trigger, the next word tends to be the wrong one. Cooling down is not suppression — it is letting the heat drop so the real response can come through.

✦
  1. Notice when the chest is tight or the jaw is set.
  2. Step away for three slow breaths.
  3. Wait until the body softens, even slightly.
  4. Then speak or send.
  • Fewer regretted words
  • Cleaner second move
  • Body learns to settle faster
