"Today, I honor the limits of this body."
The Sankalp
There are things the younger or healthier version of me could do that this body cannot do today — and I honor that limit rather than denying it or dramatizing it.
Why This Matters
Ayurveda teaches prakṛti-awareness — knowing one's own constitution and current state. Yamas-aparigraha at the body level is not demanding more than the body can give. Growth × health sankalp at this register is cultivation of honest limit-honoring: refusing both the denial-reflex ('I can push through') and the collapse-reflex ('I can do nothing'). This is adult embodiment — the middle that dharma names as correct.
