"Today, I practice steady care for the body that carries me."
The Sankalp
Without optimization-obsession and without neglect, I practice the middle path of steady care for this body — the one I actually have, at the age I actually am.
Why This Matters
Deha-dharma — right relationship with the body — is middle-path cultivation between neglect and optimization. Ayurveda's svastha (well-established in self) teaches that health is not peak performance but sustained balance. Growth × health sankalp is the daily cultivation of steady care, tuned to the body as it is, not as it was 10 years ago or as it could theoretically be.

How to Live This Today
- Choose one small care practice and do it every day for a month.
- Resist adding three more practices.
- Let the care be boring and consistent.
- Adjust the care to the body you actually have today.
Benefits
- Sustainable over years
- Breaks the wellness-cycle (start-drop-restart)
- Builds body-trust
- Svastha becomes the native state, not the goal
