Spiritual Growth
"Today, I gather attention inward."
The Sankalp
When the senses start pulling the mind out, I turn inward and bring attention back to its own ground.
Why This Matters
Pratyahara — the fifth limb — is the turning inward when the outer world is loud. It is not shutting the senses down. It is remembering where the mind actually lives and going back there.

How to Live This Today

- Close the eyes for three breaths.
- Feel the breath where it enters and leaves.
- Return to the day from there.
