"I Receive Help As Grace"
The Sankalp
When help comes today, I receive it with gratitude rather than deflecting it.
Why This Matters
Prasada-buddhi is the orientation of receiving everything as a gift — not passively, but with genuine gratitude and recognition that very little of what sustains us is purely self-made. Sharanagati — surrender — completes this by releasing the ego's need to be self-sufficient. Being helped gracefully is its own discipline, distinct from and no less important than giving.

How to Live This Today
- When help arrives — from any source — receive it as something given, not something owed.
- The one who receives well makes giving possible.
- Help received as grace creates more grace; help received as mere supply creates resentment.
Benefits
- Gratitude
- Humility
- Opening to more help and grace
