"I Return To What Is Mine To Do"

Daily Sankalp · Mitra v3.0 Stub · Beginner
The Sankalp

I come back to the work that is genuinely mine, and I do it fully.

Dharma — righteous duty — is the recognition that each person has a particular path and a particular contribution that is theirs to make. Nishkama Karma, desireless action, is how that duty is fulfilled: wholeheartedly, without anxiety about reward or recognition. Returning to what is yours to do is both a grounding practice and an act of deep integrity.

✦
  1. When distracted by what others are doing or not doing, return to what is yours to do.
  2. Your lane is the only one you can actually walk.
  3. Each return to your own work is both a practice in focus and a practice in humility.
  • Focus
  • Reduced resentment
  • Alignment with your own path
