"Today, I receive the ease that arrived without my planning."
The Sankalp
The body feels at ease today and I did not engineer it — I receive this ease as prasāda, a gift that came unasked, and I let myself be in it without trying to extend or secure it.
Why This Matters
Prasāda — grace-food, gift — is the bhakti category for what arrives freely. The day the body simply feels well, the sleep was deep, the digestion was easy, the mind was quiet — none of this was earned in any clean way. Joy-register sankalp at that moment is not 'I will maintain this' (which is growth/practice register) but 'I receive.' The Bhāgavata tradition is explicit: prasāda cannot be grasped; it can only be received with open hands.
