Why This Matters
Karma-yoga matures into what the Gītā (Ch 3.7) calls niyata-kaṛma — action become nature. The craftsperson's hand that finds the tool without looking is the body's own rendering of svadharma. Joy, not pride, is the correct register for that recognition, because pride over-centers the self while joy celebrates the path that trained the hand.
