"Let Action Speak First"

Truth expresses itself most completely through what we do, not what we say about what we do. The discipline of letting action speak first means resisting the temptation to over-explain, justify, or announce — and instead simply living from integrity. When action and speech are aligned, speech becomes unnecessary much of the time; when action comes first, it earns the right to be believed.
