Transliteration

oṃ sarveṣāṃ svastir bhavatu sarveṣāṃ śāntir bhavatu sarveṣāṃ pūrṇaṃ bhavatu sarveṣāṃ maṅgalaṃ bhavatu

A Vedic mantra praying for svasti (well-being), shanti (peace), purnam (completeness), and mangalam (auspiciousness) for all beings everywhere — not for oneself alone, but for the whole of creation without exception.

ॐ

This mantra trains the heart to hold others in its prayer. When chanted sincerely, the mind naturally releases its contracted focus on personal problems and expands into something larger. That expansion itself is the healing — a shift from scarcity to abundance at the level of awareness.
