Transliteration

oṃ pūrṇamadaḥ pūrṇamidaṃ pūrṇāt pūrṇamudacyate pūrṇasya pūrṇamādāya pūrṇamevāvaśiṣyate

From the Isha Upanishad, this mantra affirms the completeness of the divine and creation. It fosters a sense of wholeness, reducing feelings of lack or separation. Chanting at the end of the day promotes inner peace and spiritual contentment. Regular practice helps cultivate gratitude and a deeper connection to the universe.

ॐ

The Isha Upanishad's great statement — that wholeness taken from wholeness leaves only wholeness — addresses the mind's belief that something is missing. This mantra is not aspirational; it asserts what is already true. Regular chanting slowly makes that assertion felt rather than merely understood.
